CoachingCosmos offers a safe space and professional support to help you work through a personal crisis, navigate conflict situations, or face challenging steps in your personal or professional development.

CoachingCosmos provides psychological counselling and business coaching with the primary focus on you and your needs. In the counselling sessions we work together to explore your situation, your perceptions, your goals, and your resources. We look for solutions, examine their sustainability, find out about the effects they might have on your environment, and develop the next steps.

Your counsellor at CoachingCosmos: Ruth Keller-Bolliger, PhD

I have always been fascinated by people’s diversity, individuality, particularities, and stories. This passion has been a common thread throughout my life and has enriched it in many ways. It has determined the course of my profession. It is the source of my desire to help people in challenging situations by offering professional assistance.

In my work I call on

my sound knowledge of principles, interventions, and methods of systemic counselling
my studies in educational psychology
my extensive experience gained over many years working in pedagogical contexts
my personal resources, namely my empathy, intuition, and sensitivity

I am a Swiss citizen of German mother tongue, and I am fluent in English.

Attitude and methods

In my counselling I am guided by the principles of the systemic and the solution-oriented approach. I see my clients as self-determined and autonomous individuals, who are at the same time actors in the network of their personal relationships.

In my view, we each have the resources we need to turn problems into solutions, but stressful situations may temporarily deny us access to this potential. The focus of my counselling activities is therefore to jointly explore the resources of my clients and thus make them available for problem solving. By this, my clients expand their scope of action.

Conditions

Psychological counselling or business coaching for students	130 CHF
Psychological counselling or business coaching for adults	150 CHF

Fees cover a counselling session of 60 minutes. Longer sessions are calculated on a pro rata basis.
Appointments can be postponed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the consultation.
